Rachel Schmidt, ARNP, FPN-C
Rachel is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of nursing experience, 14 of those in critical care and emergency medicine. Rachel is also trained in aesthetics, trigger point injections, and functional medicine. Rachel is married to her husband of 7 years. They love boating, spending time outdoors, and raising their two labs. She is also a mam to 3 children.
Rachel currently works in emergency medicine in addition to her time at Vitality. She hopes to provide a personal and private experience to each of her patients, meeting all health and wellness goals they have.

Lyndi Bown
Lyndi graduated from Grundy Center High School in 2021. Singe then, she has graduated from Capri College with her Esthetician license in 2023 and her nail technician license in 2024. Lyndi’s favorite role at Vitality is making clients feel beautiful and confident within themselves, while building a long lasting relationship with them.
Outside of Vitality, Lyndi is a waitress at the Landmark Bistro in Grundy Center. Her hobbies include spending time with friends, boyfriend, and her Australian Shepherd Rosco.

Hope Brubaker
Hope is passionate about all things skincare. She loves helping clients feel confident in their skin by creating customized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Whether she’s working on a facial or filming content to share skincare tips, she’s always excited to educate and connect. Outside the salon, you’ll usually find her spending quality time with friends and enjoying the little moments in life. Hope can’t wait to meet you and help you on your skincare journey!

Raegan Boge
Raegan is a licensed esthetician passionate about helping clients look and feel their best in their skin. She loves giving facials and learning new things to make her services even better for clients. Raegan’s goal is to create a relaxing and welcoming environment where clients can unwind while receiving the highest standard of skincare. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and providing trusted, professional service that supports long-term skin health. Raegan is so excited to be starting this next chapter and can’t wait to see you all in her treatment room.

Amy Groom
Amy is a manager with Air Methods and works with the AirCare program. She has also been a paramedic on the Grundy Center Ambulance for the last eight years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, certificates in paramedicine and medical billing and coding, as well as her flight paramedic qualification.
Amy has 13 years of pre-hospital EMS experience in both the military and civilian sides. At E&R, she is an infusionist and takes care of billing and coding.
Outside of work, she has two kids and a dog. She enjoys spending time with family and friends doing a variety of activities.

Sydney Swanson
Sydney is our newest edition to Vitality! She is a tattoo artist new to the scene! Currently six months into her tattooing journey, it started as a fun side hobby and has transformed into much more. Her favorite part is seeing the final result after clean up!
Sydney is a Vinton native, currently living in Reinbeck with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, you can find her out in the sun, enjoying time with her family.

Gabi works as our IT director, maintaining the website and GlossGenius site.
Outside of Vitality, Gabi is a transplant coordinator with Iowa Lions Eye Bank, as well as a coach for Iowa Premier Softball. Her hobbies include anything outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
